When I fired up KPop Demon Hunters on Netflix, I told myself “Feh, I’m just going to leave this on as background noise.” So someone please explain to me why days later I’m bopping to the soundtrack at the gym?? Or why I’m slightly obsessed with how well they absolutely NAILED down what KPop groups look and sound like, and all the fun references to typical KPop/KDrama cliches? I had work to do, Netflix, I wasn’t supposed to be shipping Rumi and Jinu like a schoolgirl! 0/10 recommend as a background noise movie. Needless to say, KPop Demon Hunters ended up being FAR better than I’d expected, and the soundtrack had no business being as catchy as it was. So for SDCC I knew I had to make this big blue dumb dumb:
Just look at it. Nothing going on behind those eyes. No thoughts, just big, dumb, vibes. And I adored this big fuzzy loaf for it.
And of course I had to include Jinu’s greeting to Rumi:
Derpy had lots of little details that were fun and infuriating to piece together at the same time. All those stripes!

Each one is tagged with a card with my contact info, I just ask for two things if you find one: 1) Send me a photo of your new friend, and 2) Let me know where the critter’s new home will be so I can add it to my map! I do this knowing that there’s a potential that anyone could swipe the critter and never get back to me on it, but it doesn’t make it any less disheartening when one goes missing.
No specific hints on where these little guys will be dropped, and I’ll drop them whenever the time and place feels right! Find one and it’s yours to keep! Happy hunting!
