Because I’m a self-proclaimed Christmas grump, many years ago, I made a little Grinch.
And to spread the Christmas grumpiness, I had a free pattern written up for him! But in 2017, Dr. Seuss Enterprises hit me with a takedown notice, and the pattern was nuked from the internet. Which is a hilariously Grinchy move in itself. At any rate, the Grinch pattern is no more, but whenever I post photos of the little guy I always get questions about his tiny Santa hat! So while I could possibly be sued for having a free pattern to spread some grinchiness, I shouldn’t have any legal troubles sharing a pattern for grumpy little hats, yeah? So without further ado, here’s the pattern for the little mini Santa hat!
Put ‘em on alllll the things, big and small, cheery and grumpy. Don’t forget to tag me in your photos, I’d love to see where these little hats end up!
